Restoration runs on urgency and documentation. The system has to handle 2 AM intake calls, dispatch techs cleanly, build an insurance file the adjuster won’t kick back, and surface margin in real time — not at month-end when the receipts get keyed in.

  • Emergency intake — AI receptionist answers 24/7, triages scope (water, fire, mold, biohazard), captures address and contact, and dispatches the on-call tech via SMS within 15 minutes.
